I buy many pots of tulips every spring, and faithfully plant the bulbs, but this ain't a good place to grow tulips. As much as I complain about the winters, we just don't have the long sustained cold period that tulips need. So imagine my delight when I discovered these this morning! Thanks, Mom!

What a nice suprise to find those when not expecting them, how pretty they are too.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you put them in the refrigerator for several weeks prior to planting. They that is not required with the new hybrids, but I still do. They are a lovely pink!
ReplyDeleteAfter your winter, I think they should bloom. They are pretty ..., for tulips :). Somehow I have a tulip aversion; I have been teased too much about my heritage.
